Established in 2018 by Max Mchealy, Aloha Air Conditioning and Heating was born.

Years prior to the successful launch of Aloha Air, Max worked for a few companies including Malibu Heating and Air Conditioning (California), Cooling Hawaii (Maui), Dakine AC (Maui), and Danny’s South Bay Heating & Cooling (California). Fueled by passion and science, he set out on his own and started “Aloha”. Aloha has Hvac contracts in California and Hawaii. Waves and warm weather created a habitable environment for work and play in the islands, while California provides a larger scale of work.

From sales, technical repairs, and installations, Max was trained by a variety of technicians and business owners. These first hand experiences provided insight on how to run and manage an hvac business.

Here at Aloha AC & Heating, we pride ourselves by ensuring every customer’s specific needs are met. We will do custom work. One size does not fit all. Every client must be treated individually.
